At Controlled Hands, we want you to genuinely find the system useful. If you don’t feel the product has helped you within 30 days, you can return it to us.
30-Day Recovery Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Controlled Hands Recovery Balm orders purchased directly from our website.
If you do not find the product useful or helpful within 30 days of delivery, you may request a return and refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be returned to us
- The tin can be used, but must not be intentionally damaged
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns where products appear intentionally abused or returned outside the 30-day period.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
